CONSTITUTIONAL LAW 

1. THE SUPREME COURT OF JUSTICE 

-The Supreme Court of Justice to adjudicate as a court of appeal.

-The Supreme Court of Justice is the highest court of ordinary 
 jurisdiction and will be composed of an uneven number of judges 
 determined by law.

-The Supreme Court of Justice to investigate and try members of 
  Congress.

        2.  THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

            -The President of the Republic to direct the public force and

              its disposition in his quality of supreme commander of the

              armed forces of the Republic.

           -The President of the Republic to appoint  and dismiss freely

             Cabinet ministers ans directors of administrative departments.

           -The President of the Republic to direct military operations

             when he deems it appropiate.

    3. THE SENATE

 -The senate to approve of reject the resignation from their office by
   the President of the Republic or the Vice President.
 -The Senate to elect the judges of the Constitutional Court.
 -The Senate to authorize the government to declare war on another state.




  4. THE OMBUSDMAN

 -The ombudsman to invoke the right of habeas corpus and engage

   in protective legal action without prejudice to the right of

   interested  parties. 

 -The ombudsman publicizing human rights and recommending

   policies for making them known. 

 -The ombudsman supersive the promotion, exercise, and publicizing

   of human of administrative departments.

5. THE OFFICE OF THE GENERAL PROSECUTOR

-The Office of the General Prosecutor to investigate the crimes and

  to press charges against the suspects before the competent courts

  and tribunals. Excepted are the crimes commintted by members of

  the  public force in active service and relateds to their service.

6. THE SUPERIOR COUNCIL OF THE  JUDICATURE

-The Superior Council of the Judicature

  to examine the behavior and sanction the

  errors  of officials of the judicial branch as

  well as those of lawyers practicing their

  profession in those cases stipulated by law.

 -The Sperior Council of the Judicature 

   administer  the Judicial ranking system.
